She currently holds an upper management role at one of the leading Canadian, Financial Institutions. With 18 years of experience in the Financial Industry, she has acquired multiple designations and certificates such as , FP1, FP2, Branch Compliance Officer, and a Mutual Fund Dealer. She has also led the Youth Financial Literacy program, became part of the Women in Leadership and Women in Finance platforms and channeled that experience to launch an initiative she called “Change One Thing.” The effort encourages everyone on her team to propose improvements that hold the potential to benefit the team and its business.
Committed to helping people live with purpose and to define success on their terms, Loveleen sees finance as a means to an end. It’s how you define your ‘end’ that will have the greatest impact on your happiness and financial state-of-mind.
A full-time working mother of two, she enjoys her downtown living life-style. She is versatile in working with all different life situations and stages and how they can influence a single or family household. She is a self-proclaimed family condo dweller by choice, and has actively lived by the rule of “Own Less Do More”.
As one of the Co-Founders of The EntreprenHER Collective, Loveleen has taken what she has learned in the past 18 years in the Financial Industry and has scaled it down to be able to educate and elevate women entrepreneurs.
