Feel The Fear & Do It Anyway!

The above title is one of my favourite mantras because no matter how many times you see it or how intrinsic it is, we all need to be reminded that fear will always show up when we push past our comfort zone.

When I created my planner, I felt one hundred percent confident about why I made it and how it would serve those who would use it. But despite everything, I hesitated and tried to convince myself not to move forward, resulting in a huge delay in my carefully constructed timeline.

After some tough self-talk, I was reminded that I needed to practice what I preached and that if I didn't believe in myself, then who was going to? As a result, I've sold over half of the planners and have received amazing feedback from those who have invested in one. The exciting thing is we haven't even had our planning webinar yet, which I have an amazing surprise for all those who join.

So, if you are stuck, I'm here to remind you that when fear does show up, honour it, but don't let it stop you from reaching your goals, and here's why you want to move past it:

1. Overcoming Limitations: Fear often creates mental and emotional barriers that can prevent you from taking the necessary steps to achieve your goals. By moving past fear, you can break through these limitations and open yourself up to new possibilities.

2. Taking Necessary Risks: Many worthwhile goals require some level of risk-taking. Fear can hold you back from taking calculated risks that could lead to growth and success. By confronting and moving past your fears, you can become more willing to take the necessary risks to reach your goals.

3. Building Confidence: Overcoming fear can boost your confidence and self-esteem. As you confront and conquer your fears, you'll develop a stronger belief in your abilities and capacity to tackle challenges, which is essential for achieving your goals.

4. Embracing Growth: Moving past fear often involves stepping out of your comfort zone, which is where personal and professional growth occurs. By confronting your fears, you give yourself the opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow as you pursue your goals.

5. Seizing Opportunities: Fear can prevent you from recognizing and seizing opportunities that could propel you toward your goals. By moving past fear, you become more open to recognizing and acting upon opportunities that align with your aspirations.

6. Enhancing Resilience: Overcoming fear can make you more resilient in the face of setbacks and obstacles. By developing the ability to confront and navigate fear, you'll be better equipped to persevere through challenges on your path to achieving your goals.

Moving past fear empowers you to take control of your life and pursue your dreams with determination and confidence. While fear is a natural human emotion, it's important to recognize when it's holding you back. So, sis, when our friend fear comes your way, look her dead in the eye and say thank you, but I got this.
